support through documentation of all known issues.
Free technical support is also available via phone, email, online chat and product
upgrades for 30 days from the date of purchase on
all software products. Technical support and product upgrades
may be provided beyond 30 days with the purchase of the
Priority
Support and Upgrade Subscription. Support is provided for IDAutomation products only.
IDAutomation does not provide consulting services or troubleshoot
custom source code. For more information on support limitations,
please refer to the
Statement of Support.
